Job Description:

To assist the credit controllers with the daily collection of debt.

To be part of the Accounts Receivable Team, responsible for debt collecting and helping to sort queries.

To collect payment from Customers via telephone (circa 50+ calls per day) and email.

To provide accurate and relevant information to the Financial Controller

Person Specification:

Must have previous credit control experience

Excellent telephone manner

Excellent relationship building skills

Motivated to work towards targets

Work well under pressure and in an organised manner.

Additional Information:

Based in Leatherhead

Up to £25,000 (depending on experience)

Year End Bonus (company performance related)

Monday – Friday 9am – 5.30pm

20 days holiday, rising one day per full financial year, max 25 days

Pension (AE)

Life Assurance at 4 x salary (starting on first day of employment)

Hybrid working environment available, eg 3 days in office, 2 days WFH (training will be conducted in the office)
