Foxwood Recruitment have partnered with a leading software development business in their search for a Support Technician, to facilitate an extremely exciting period of growth. This is a great opportunity for an established IT support professional to take the next steps in their career within an organisation which prioritises the ongoing development of its team members. Our client is looking for a candidate with 2 years’ plus professional experience within an IT Support environment.

Essential Skills

Experienced in dealing with customer via phone, video call or email.
Experience in working within a support environment.
Able to work as part of the team or independently.
Experiences in presenting, demonstrating or training in an IT environment.
Confident in using and manipulating CSV based data, FTP principles and excel.
Writing documentation for customers and internal use.
Microsoft Office, Microsoft Teams or Skype for Business.
Desirable Skills

Having used a call logging system ITIL or knowledge of support processes.
Experience of basic HTML
Experience of Magento, Shopify or admin of another online ecommerce platform.
Experience of being involved in projects.
Diagnosing and solving software faults.
Knowledge of webservices.
Experience of working remotely.
